Depending on the application, Valour Pro has a range of inline mixers and dispersers for most applications. Our range is split into two main models.
For Liquid/liquid mixing, we are able to mix in line using a single entry high shear mixer. Combining a pumping stator with fine toothed roter, high throughputs along with very efficient mixing is achievable. With capabilities of flow rates of up to 150,000L/hour. This can be achieved when mixing viscosities up to 40,000mPas.

For Solid/liquid mixing, we are able to mix in line using a dual entry high shear mixer. This allows the solids to enter directly into the mixing chamber from the top, liquid entering the chamber from the bottom, mixing together to create a homogenous mix and leaving through the outlet. With capabilities of flow rates of up to 150,000L/hour. This can be achieved when mixing viscosities up to 100,000mPas.
