Stainless Steel Storage Tanks
We supply stainless steel storage tanks with working volumes up to 300,000 L. Options include insulation, fully welded stainless steel or plastisol exterior cladding, and jackets for heating or cooling.
Pressure-rated designs can be built to ASME pressure vessel standards, with relevant documentation and UKCA or CE marking supplied as specified. Tanks can be designed for clean-in-place (CIP) processes at temperatures up to 150 °C.
Construction is available in certified SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. Depending on the application, tanks can include manways, vents, sample valves, breather valves, pressure-relief valves and CIP spray balls.
Top-mounted, side-entry or bottom-mounted agitators can be fitted. Open-top designs are available for atmospheric applications, allowing an agitator to be mounted above the tank.
Applications include food and beverages, chemicals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.
Plastic Storage Tanks
Plastic storage tanks are available in single-skin, bunded or fire-protected configurations, with capacities up to 30,000 L. Designed, manufactured and tested by our manufacturing partners, they provide durable storage with straightforward maintenance.
Seamless tanks are rotationally moulded in polyethylene, with polypropylene available on request. Options include fittings and connections, level gauges, access ladders and platforms.
Weatherproof, corrosion-resistant and UV-stabilised designs suit domestic, agricultural, commercial, industrial and irrigation applications.
